Rental Terms:

Minimum rental 3 days. Check in is after 2:00pm; check out is by 10:00am.

Rate:

$325.00 + 12% tax per night up to 7 days
$2100 + 12% tax per week (7 days)

Deposit:

50% at time of rental. Paid by Visa or Mastercard.

Due 30 days prior to rental date. If balance is not received by that date, the deposit
will be forfeited and the reservation cancelled.

$150.00 left at desk at check-in, returned less any adjustments for damage incurred,
at check out.

Optional Services:

May be paid with the final payment.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation must be made in writing and faxed to 1-649-946-6139. It must reach
Blue Horizon Resort at least 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less
$50.00 administrative costs. Cancellation notification received fewer than 60 days
prior to arrival will receive a refund only if other clients are booked into SeaWings
Villa for the same days less adminstration fees.

Occupancy:

The total number of occupants is not to exceed 4 people, unless special permission is
received in writing (or email) from Blue Horizon Resort. We discourage children
under the age of 6.

Fine Print:

The property furnishings shall not be abused in any way and shall be left in the same
condition as when rented.

Blue Horizon Resort reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time and to
terminate the rental without notice if abuse or disturbance is caused.

Sun Beach Properties, Ltd., Dragon Cay Enterprises, Ltd. and owners of SeaWings
Villa shall be held harmless during the rental period and shall not be responsible for
any loss or damage to persons or property.

It is suggested that the lessee purchase travel and health insurance before traveling.

This contract is governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, B.W.I.
